SCHIMET-Flow

Single-Cell Metabolism Profiling
SCHIMET-Flow (Single-Cell Human Immune Metabolism Profiling by Flow Cytometry) is CellEdge Solutions Inc.’s immune-metabolic profiling platform, developed to evaluate how immune cells from patient-derived PBMC samples generate and use energy at single-cell resolution.

Panel A illustrates the three cellular biochemical pathways assessed in immune cells by the assay, while panel B shows representative graphical outputs generated from these measurements.

By integrating ATP-based metabolic measurements with immune-subset phenotyping, SCHIMET-Flow assesses cell frequency, functional quality, and metabolic state to support biomarker discovery, patient stratification, and translational validation in post-infectious and chronic inflammatory conditions.

Within the broader translational workflow, SCHIMET-Flow is used as a functional profiling platform rather than a stand-alone disease classifier, generating structured cellular readouts that can be integrated with serum biomarkers, clinical features, and downstream validation assays.
